Purpose
Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, evaluate candidate profiles against emerging capability needs, maintain appropriate records and protect the website from misuse.
Recruitment profiles
Candidate materials are stored in a restricted server location and are intended for authorized recruitment review. Submitted profiles may be retained for up to 12 months, then reviewed for secure deletion unless a longer period is required or agreed.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided and applicable obligations.
